Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Engineer to lead end-to-end tendering, develop competitive technical and commercial proposals, and support business development in geotechnical and foundation projects.

The role requires deep expertise in civil/geotechnical engineering, strong cost estimation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams across the Philippines and regional markets. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 9–15 years of relevant civil/geotechnical experience.
• Experience in tendering, bid management and technical/commercial proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tendering and proposal preparation, from reviewing project inquiries to submitting competitive bids.
• Prepare cost estimates, pricing proposals, commercial evaluations, and technical documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and project risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, suppliers and subcontractors to develop solutions.
• Support business development activities including client engagement and opportunities.
• Participate in site visits, negotiations, and bid/no-bid decisions.
• Ensure proposals meet client requirements, quality standards and deadlines.
