You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, build pipelines, and partner with leaders to define requirements with a focus on long-term quality over speed.

You will proactively source top-tier talent across engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and related domains, using market insights to raise hiring standards and ensure rigorous assessments.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Proven track record hiring in technology, digital, software, fintech, or related industries.
• Strong sourcing across passive and active candidate markets.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, cloud, infrastructure, product, data, cybersecurity, or similar roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consultative influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining high hiring standards.
