Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology and IT roles. The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, engaging, and endorsing qualified technical professionals while delivering a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will be resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, building strong talent pipelines across technology domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment or IT recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT roles, from sourcing through onboarding support.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of technical professionals for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical experience, qualifications, communication skills, career goals, and overall fit.
• Prepare candidate endorsements and present qualified candidates to hiring managers or clients.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
