BairesDev is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to lead executive/C-level recruitment, connecting Fortune 500 leaders with top talent. You will own end-to-end search, build strategic relationships with leadership, HR partners, and candidates, and drive a candidate-first experience across a global remote environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in executive recruitment, superior communication, and a strategic mindset to source, engage, and place senior leaders in fast-paced tech settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruitment experience, including executive/C-level recruitment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Native or near-native English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for senior and executive-level positions, from sourcing to placement, ensuring a tailored and positive candidate experience.
• Establish and nurture relationships with leaders, HR business partners and potential candidates.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies targeted at senior and executive-level talent.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
