Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology and IT roles in a fast-paced environment. You will source, screen, engage, and endorse qualified candidates while delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will build strong pipelines, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to align technical requirements with hiring priorities and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment, IT recruitment, or technology talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for technical positions such as Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, ERP, QA, or other IT-related roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT roles, from sourcing through onboarding support.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal talent databases.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of technical professionals for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical experience, qualifications, communication skills, career goals, and overall fit for the role.
• Prepare candidate endorsements and present qualified candidates to hiring managers or clients.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
