Plan Left is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for technical and creative roles across a family of companies. This remote, in-house position partners with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver a candidate experience that reflects each brand’s culture.

The ideal candidate has deep experience recruiting technical talent, spanning engineering and design, and can build genuine relationships across hiring managers and candidates in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical roles.
• Proven ability to source and close passive candidates in a remote-first market.
• Experience with ATS and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and creative roles across multiple brands, from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring plans.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit, coordinating interviews.
• Guide candidates through a positive interview experience from first contact to offer.
• Manage requisitions, pipelines, and ATS data across multiple companies.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve the process.
• Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening employer reputation in the tech community.
• Stay current on hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
