Ibex Limited in Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking a US Recruitment Associate to support IBEX US Recruitment by sourcing and identifying prospective candidates in a high-volume, online environment. The role helps execute day-to-day recruitment processes and ensures alignment with department objectives.

The ideal candidate has experience in recruitment, staffing and sourcing, with a preference for US/global recruiting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Marketing or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in Recruitment, Staffing, Placement and Sourcing.
• Background in US/Global Recruiting is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication in oral and written.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Implement Recruitment and Sourcing programs successfully.
• Follow interview and selection techniques in compliance with US labor laws.
• Staff IBEX US with qualified and high-quality employees.
• Assess recruitment needs and develop action plans for IBEX US.
• Collaborate with Global teams on R&R program design using industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and US & local laws.
• Meet recruitment performance and SLA targets.
• Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external partners.
