Qualifications

• Two years minimum in volume recruiting.
• Prefer supervisory experience in recruitment.
• Degrees in Business Administration, HR or Psychology are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute hiring strategies to hit daily targets.
• Present hiring plans in leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with sourcing partners to hit target KPI (CPH).
• Drive 100% fill rate for ramps in PH Hiring Calendar.
• Monitor and audit compliance at the site level.
• Coordinate with Training, Ops and Quality on early warning signs of candidate quality.
