IMS People Possible in Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our growing APAC & UK recruitment team. You will lead end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and professional roles, partnering with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand workforce needs.

You will source and engage top talent using advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, conduct detailed candidate assessments, and provide hiring recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years IT recruitment experience.
• Strong exposure to technical hiring and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ATS, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and professional roles.
• Partner with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
• Source and engage top talent using advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments and provide hiring recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage recruitment reporting, ATS updates, and client communication.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters while driving recruitment excellence.
