Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conversion rate from initial interview to job offer.
• Follow scheduled turn-around-times to ensure real-time processing of applicants.
• Build rapport to ensure candidate and selection process satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily business needs.
• Calibrate with stakeholders to identify best-fit profiles for the program.
• Ensure 100% fill rate/completion for ramps.
