Qualifications

• 5+ years recruitment experience, including 1+ years exposure to technology roles.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities for engaging with hiring decision-makers and candidates.
• Effective time and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end 360 recruitment, including business development, sourcing, screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on hiring requirements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with business managers to identify technical talent needs.
• Organize and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and oversee the selection process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate hiring needs.
