Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Technical Recruitment Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team on-site in Metro Manila. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across telecommunications, including sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably handling corporate and specialized roles.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing is required.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and networks.
• Experience recruiting technical or telecommunications-related roles is highly preferred.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, portals, referrals, networks and social media.
• Source and attract qualified candidates for technical, corporate, commercial, operations, and telecom roles.
• Conduct initial screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and priorities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Coordinate interviews, background checks, and offer discussions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offers, pipeline).
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
