Our Clients in Pasig City is seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle hiring for managerial and specialized tech roles. You will combine headhunting instincts with AI-enabled talent strategies, sourcing passive candidates and shaping hiring processes with automation and human insight.

You’ll coach junior recruiters, collaborate with hiring managers, and help optimize workflows for faster, high-quality hires in a fast-moving, AI-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• At least 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience including executive search or headhunting.
• Proven outbound sourcing for passive candidates and strong sourcing automation skills.
• Comfort with AI recruiting tools and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience mentoring junior recruiters and working in tech-driven, fast-paced teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for managerial and specialized roles.
• Plan outbound sourcing with Boolean, X-ray, talent mapping, and LinkedIn/GitHub searches.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of passive candidates through proactive outreach.
• Screen, interview, and debrief candidates with structured methods.
• Leverage AI tools for faster, scalable recruitment while balancing human judgment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to define requirements and hiring strategies.
• Coach junior recruiters and support team performance improvements.
• Track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows for efficiency.
