Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant / Senior Recruiter for a 2-month contract. The role demands an agile, AI-driven independent recruiter to lead a high-impact hiring sprint, targeting managerial and niche roles.

You will combine headhunter discipline with advanced sourcing techniques, engage passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to drive decisions with data-backed scorecards. Hybrid onsite in Pasig.

Qualifications

6+ years of full-cycle recruiting including executive search or independent consulting.
Advanced mastery of Boolean searches, X-ray techniques, passive candidate engagement, and AI sourcing.
Experience with enterprise ATS platforms (iCIMS / Recruit IQ, Workday, Taleo).
Excellent written and oral English communication with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with a hybrid setup (1 day onsite in Pasig).

Responsibilities

Strategic & Passive Sourcing: design and execute outbound sourcing strategies across platforms.
Screening & Values Alignment: conduct behavioral interviews and assess core values.
AI & Tech Integration: leverage recruitment technologies and ATS to scale pipelines.
Stakeholder Consultation: advise hiring managers with data-backed decisions.
Mentorship & Optimization: mentor juniors and track time-to-fill and quality of hire.
