Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Manila to lead full-cycle recruitment for medium to hard roles in Support and Global Functions. You will engage stakeholders, build a strong candidate network, and ensure timely endorsements through Workday and other channels.

The role demands 2–3 years in sourcing, 1–2 years in corporate recruiting with senior stakeholders, and excellent English communication. Hybrid work (3x onsite) at UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City, is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course, BS Psychology preferred.
• 2–3 years of sourcing and recruitment in shared services or IT/Financial sectors.
• 1–2 years in corporate/technical recruiting with senior stakeholders.
• Strong account management experience and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Workday is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle recruitment from sourcing to account management of highly technical and specialized roles.
• Provide quality service to stakeholders as a talent advisor with professionalism and urgency.
• Support business heads to review needs and endorsed candidates.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using the internal database.
• Leverage social sites, networking, job boards and Workday Recruiting.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates for referrals.
• Meet targeted endorsements and monthly SLAs.
• Collaborate on recruiting plans with business units.
