Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle full-cycle recruitment for medium to hard roles in Support and Global Functions. The role requires 2–3 years in sourcing and recruitment, strong English communication, and Workday experience, with a hybrid work arrangement at UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City.

Responsibilities include working with business heads, sourcing and assessing candidates, and providing data-driven hiring plans to meet SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably BS Psychology.
• 2-3 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably in shared service and IT/Financial companies.
• 1-2 years in corporate/technical recruiting dealing with senior management stakeholders.
• Strong account management experience.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible with schedule.
• Assertive and confident talent advisory capability.
• Detail- and process-oriented.
• Knowledge and experience in Workday is a must.
• Amenable to work in UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City) in a hybrid setup (3x onsite per week).

Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle recruitment from sourcing to account management of highly technical and specialized roles.
• Provide quality service to stakeholders by acting as a talent advisor with urgency and professionalism.
• Engage with business heads to review needs and assigned job requests.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using internal databases as primary source.
• Use social/professional sites, job boards, and Workday recruiting to support hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain candidate networks for referrals and long-term relations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruiting plans and strategies.
• Manage fill rates, pipeline, and monthly SLA to meet targets.
• Provide monthly updates on hiring demands and market trends.
