Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Talent Acquisition function. You will oversee TA Team Leads, drive performance, and partner with senior leaders to support high-volume hiring and complex recruitment needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Management, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition/recruitment experience, including significant experience supporting U.S. TA processes.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, preferably managing recruiters, Team Leads, or recruiting operations teams.
• Experience using ATS data, recruitment metrics, dashboards, and labor market insights to support business decisions.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage TA Team Leads and recruiting teams, ensuring performance, productivity, service levels, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee recruitment operations, including requisition management, recruiter performance, candidate engagement, and hiring manager support.
• Develop and monitor recruitment dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and metrics to drive accountability and data-informed decisions.
• Lead TA transformation initiatives involving process optimization, technology adoption, analytics, training, and operational efficiency.
• Develop talent pipelines and strategies for priority and hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Recruitment Marketing, and business leaders to address hiring challenges and improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Provide insights on labor market trends, talent availability, pipeline health, and recruitment performance.
• Support workforce planning, change management, employer branding, and external talent partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, documentation standards, and equitable hiring practices.
