Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition leader who will scale recruiting performance, influence senior stakeholders, strengthen talent strategies, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

You will lead TA managers, partner with executives on hiring priorities and workforce planning, and champion data-driven decisions to improve time-to-fill and candidate experience. This role shapes recruiting across multiple sites and critical hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with progressive leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading recruiting managers, team leads, or geographically dispersed teams.
• Enterprise, multi-site, shared services, or complex recruiting experience.
• Strong workforce planning, recruitment analytics, and KPI management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Track record of driving process improvement, technology adoption, and organizational change.
• Strong people leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop TA managers, team leads, and recruiting teams, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business and workforce needs.
• Partner with senior leaders on hiring priorities, workforce planning, and talent challenges.
• Use recruiting data, analytics, and market insights to improve hiring decisions and performance.
• Drive improvements in time-to-fill, recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Lead process improvements, technology adoption, and recruitment transformation initiatives.
• Build scalable recruiting processes and strengthen talent pipelines for critical hiring needs.
• Coach and develop recruiting leaders to build stronger and more capable teams.
