Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a senior HR leader to oversee Talent Operations and Rewards, including Recruitment, Training, and Compensation & Benefits. You will lead HR policy development and drive improvements across employee lifecycle processes.

Reporting to the business, you will ensure accurate HR transactions, governance, and timely execution of programs while mentoring the HR team to deliver high-impact results in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business related courses.
• At least 10 years of experience including 5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefits, and Statutory compliance and reporting.
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment administration processes from requisition to onboarding
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding workforce requirements and staffing activities
• Oversee implementation of technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs
• Ensure timely delivery of training programs through internal and external providers
• Evaluate and continuously improve training effectiveness and learning outcomes
• Ensure data accuracy of timekeeping data
• Manage statutory and company benefits administration and government compliance requirements
• Monitor HR service delivery standards and resolve operational issues
• Lead, coach, and develop HR Team Members
