Job summary

John Clements Recruitment, Inc. seeks a Senior HR Leader to oversee Talent Operations and Rewards, including Recruitment, Training, and C&B, and to drive policy development and lifecycle processes.

You will coordinate with hiring managers, lead development programs, ensure timely training, and maintain data accuracy in timekeeping and statutory reporting, while coaching the HR team to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Business-related courses.
• At least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in Recruitment, Training and C&B, and Statutory compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Talent Operations and Rewards Section (Recruitment, Training, C&B).
• Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities.
• Oversee recruitment administration from requisition to onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding workforce requirements and staffing activities.
• Oversee implementation of development programs (technical, functional, behavioral, leadership).
• Ensure timely delivery of training programs through internal and external providers.
• Evaluate and improve training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
• Ensure data accuracy of timekeeping data.
• Manage benefits administration and government compliance requirements.
• Monitor HR service delivery standards and resolve operational issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR team members.
