Experience leading recruiting managers or dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop TA managers, team leads, and recruiting teams to high performance.
Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
Partner with senior leaders on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
Use analytics and market insights to improve hiring decisions.
Drive improvements in time-to-fill, recruiter productivity, and candidate experience.
Lead process improvements, technology adoption, and recruitment transformation.
Build scalable recruiting processes and strengthen talent pipelines.
Coach recruiting leaders to build stronger teams.
