Job summary

You will support the implementation and ongoing support of enterprise technology solutions across the organization, including complex deployments, upgrades, daily administration, monitoring, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of systems/infrastructure engineering experience
• Experience administering enterprise identity platforms (Entra ID/Active Directory) and public cloud (AWS/Azure) at scale
• Experience supporting 24/7 environments with on-call/escalation rotations
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools in technical workflows

Responsibilities

• Assist Enterprise Engineering Leads with delivering the EUC roadmap
• Act as a 3rd line escalation point for complex technical issues
• Share knowledge and mentor peers through lunch-and-learn sessions
• Deliver business-critical support while ensuring SLA adherence
• Collaborate with squad and engineering leads on infrastructure projects
• Participate in on-call rotation for OCC/NOC escalations and after-hours support
• Interact with senior stakeholders and provide updates on technical initiatives
• Occasional travel and off-hours work may be required
