Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. You will act as the primary escalation point for L1/L2 support, troubleshoot complex networks, servers, and workstations, and manage cloud services including Office 365, Azure, AWS, and Google Workspace.

You will oversee backups, disaster recovery, and high-availability systems, design IT infrastructure and remote solutions, and mentor junior staff while ensuring security policies and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior IT Technician or Level 3 support in MSP environments.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms.
• Strong networking knowledge including firewalls, VPNs, routing and switching.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for Level 1 and 2 teams.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues across networks, servers, and workstations.
• Manage cloud services (Office 365, Azure, AWS, Google Workspace).
• Oversee backups, DR, and high availability systems.
• Design, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure and remote solutions.
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and ensure best practices.
• Document solutions, processes, and configurations.
• Join on-call rotations and handle after-hours IT emergencies.
