Job summary

IT by Design Philippines Inc. is seeking a senior IT support engineer to resolve advanced server and network issues across client environments.

You will provide Level 2/3 technical support and own complex escalations, ensuring reliability of infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions. You will install, configure, and maintain Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Azure, and virtualization, troubleshoot Cisco networks, DNS/DHCP, backups, and DR.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, and virtualization.
Extensive Cisco networking experience including routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless.
Experience troubleshooting complex server and network issues at an L3 level; MSP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Resolve advanced server and network issues across client environments, including infrastructure, cloud, and security.
Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support and take ownership of complex client escalations.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, and virtualization environments
Troubleshoot and manage Cisco-based networks, including routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless connectivity
Support DNS/DHCP, network infrastructure, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
Perform root cause analysis and implement reliable, long-term solutions
Maintain accurate documentation of technical environments, configurations, and solutions
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with project teams to deliver successful client outcomes
