Job summary

Staff Domain Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to own complex environments with autonomy in an AI-first service model. The role focuses on stability, optimization, and long-term quality across Microsoft, cloud, and network infrastructure.

You will act as the senior escalation point for L2/L3, resolve end-to-end issues, guide junior engineers, and contribute to automation and security improvements while delivering on projects for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior systems administrator or equivalent role.
• Experience managing complex network environments or MSP/MSSP experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server.
• Advanced networking capability across routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, wireless, and SD‑WAN.
• Experience with virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere and Hyper‑V.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and operational practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure and AWS environments.
• Experience with backup platforms such as Veeam and Metallic.
• Exposure to MSSQL or Oracle is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex technical issues end-to-end
• Take full technical ownership of assigned client environments
• Provide escalation support and guidance to junior engineers
• Maintain and optimise Microsoft, cloud, and network infrastructure
• Drive improvements in security, performance, and standardisation
• Contribute to automation and AI-driven operational enhancements
• Assist with delivery of infrastructure and security projects as required
