Staff Domain Inc as a boutique MSP/MSSP seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to own complex environments with high autonomy. You will be the senior escalation point for L2/L3, stabilising, optimising, and securing client infrastructure while embracing AI-first tooling and automation.

The role is hands-on with strong focus on long-term quality, security, and scalable operations across Microsoft, cloud, and virtualization platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior systems administrator or equivalent role.
• Experience in managing complex networks within MSP/MSSP environments.
• Strong expertise in AD/Azure/M365/Windows Server.
• Hands-on with Azure and AWS cloud platforms; backups and security focus.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex issues end-to-end across assigned environments.
• Provide escalation support and guidance to junior engineers.
• Maintain and optimise Microsoft, cloud, and network infrastructure.
• Drive security, performance, and standardisation improvements.
• Contribute to automation and AI-driven operational enhancements.
• Assist with delivery of infrastructure and security projects as required.
