Job summary

Staff Domain Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to own and resolve complex issues across MS, cloud, and network environments. You will act as a senior escalation point for L2/L3, driving reliable operations and AI-driven improvements for mid to enterprise clients.

The role is fully remote with a 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST) / 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH) schedule, and involves working with Azure, AWS, Veeam/Metallic backups, and modern security practices.

Qualifications

• Senior systems administrator with proven experience in complex environments.
• Experience managing complex network environments, MSP or MSSP preferred.
• Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies including AD, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server.
• Hands-on with Azure and AWS environments; backups with Veeam and Metallic.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex technical issues end-to-end.
• Take full technical ownership of assigned client environments.
• Provide escalation support and guidance to junior engineers.
• Maintain and optimise Microsoft, cloud, and network infrastructure.
• Drive improvements in security, performance, and standardisation.
• Contribute to automation and AI-driven operational enhancements.
• Assist with delivery of infrastructure and security projects as required.
