Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT experience in MSP, consulting, or fast-paced multi-client settings.
• 3+ years as a Field Engineer leading servers, networks, and complex projects.
• 3 active certifications from Microsoft/CompTIA or equivalent credentials.
• Ability to pass advanced proficiency tests on hardware, software, networking, and cloud services.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus cybersecurity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support for desktops, servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Lead complex or multi-phase project installations as technical lead.
• Coordinate escalations and assist with technical scoping and design in pre-sales.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure documentation aligns with SLAs.
• Maintain positive client relationships and identify new opportunities.
