Qualifications

• Senior systems administrator or equivalent with proven experience.
• Experience managing complex networks in MSP/MSSP environments.
• Strong Microsoft tech experience: AD, Azure AD, M365, Windows Server.
• Advanced networking: routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN.
• Experience with virtualization: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V.
• Solid cybersecurity practices and operational standards.
• Hands-on with Azure and AWS; backup with Veeam/Metallic.
• Exposure to MSSQL or Oracle is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex issues end-to-end across environments.
• Take full technical ownership of assigned client environments.
• Provide escalation support and guidance to junior engineers.
• Maintain and optimise Microsoft, cloud, and network infrastructure.
• Drive security, performance, and standardisation improvements.
• Contribute to automation and AI-driven operational enhancements.
