Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to strengthen cybersecurity operations across multiple client environments in the Philippines. The role focuses on proactive security engineering, continuous monitoring, and strategic implementation of best practices within MSP settings.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with Microsoft security technologies, endpoint protection, identity management, and security operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years MSP cybersecurity experience.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, systems administration, security engineering, or systems integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain proactive security capabilities across client environments.
• Monitor and validate security signals; improve configurations and detection capabilities.
• Perform Security-as-a-Service operations with posture and tool health reporting.
• Enhance detection quality through SIEM tuning, alert optimization, and dashboards.
• Conduct Windows and Microsoft 365 log analysis to identify suspicious activity.
• Implement security hardening across endpoints, servers, cloud, and identity platforms.
• Support security awareness training programs and phishing simulations.
• Ensure tools and processes align with security standards and service requirements.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies for adoption and standardization.
• Contribute to AI-driven security and automation initiatives; validate outputs.
• Serve as senior technical escalation point for complex issues.
• Collaborate with infra, cloud, and operations teams to improve security processes.
• Communicate risks and findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in compliance discussions, evidence collection, and security assessments.
• Assist with CMMC, SOC, and other security compliance initiatives.
