Job summary

Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced System & Network Administrator to manage client IT environments. You will work with Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and Microsoft 365 to support users and maintain security.

The role requires hands-on expertise in MSP settings and strong communication with clients. The position covers networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting, with monitoring via RMM tools and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in System & Network Administration, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Strong practical experience with Windows Server & Active Directory.
• Knowledge of GPO, DNS, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP, DHCP, and networking.
• Experience with Windows/Linux and virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-support skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, and DNS
• Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and user accounts
• Configure and troubleshoot networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
• Perform hardware, software, server, and network troubleshooting; monitor systems using RMM tools and support backup/disaster recovery solutions
• Maintain IT documentation, security, and system performance
• Provide technical support and communicate effectively with clients
