Job summary

TGT Global is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support to MSP partners and their clients. You will handle incidents, monitor systems, and contribute to documentation while working onsite at MDC100, Eastwood during night shifts.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, Azure/AWS expertise, and experience with MS Exchange, AD, Windows Server, VMWare, Citrix, and backup techs like Veeam. Onsite Day 1 HMO and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Senior Systems Engineer or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Azure and AWS platform management experience.
• MS Exchange, AD, Windows Server, Terminal Services, M365, VMWare, ESXi, Hyper-V, Citrix experience.
• Experience with backup technologies: Veeam, ShadowProtect, AvePoint.
• Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wireless; scripting (Shell, PowerShell) a plus.
• Exposure to multi-tenant/hosting environments.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Onsite work required at MDC100, Eastwood.

Responsibilities

• Handle incident management and ticket resolutions across all technology domains (workstations to servers and networks).
• Monitor and manage system alerts to detect and address issues proactively.
• Perform general admin tasks and documentation; share knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with customers to convey technical information clearly.
