Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a System and Network Administrator to oversee client IT infrastructures, spanning on-premises and cloud environments. The role requires hands-on experience with M365, AD, and Azure, plus firewall and VPN configurations to ensure security and continuity.

The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced multi-client setting, provide tier-1/2 support, and collaborate with internal and external teams using ConnectWise, Kaseya, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as System and Network Administrator.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, AD, and Azure.
• Experience with firewall and VPN technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain client network infrastructures and devices.
• Manage on-premises and cloud server environments and virtualization.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments.
• Implement and manage firewalls and secure remote access.
• Troubleshoot issues with ticketing systems and remote tools.
