Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in System and Network Administration.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, routing, and switching.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot client network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, including installation, configuration, updates, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Utilize Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools to monitor systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect client systems, networks, and data.
• Manage backup solutions and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support and resolve complex infrastructure-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client environments, configurations, procedures, and changes.
• Coordinate with hardware and software vendors regarding technical support, warranties, and service agreements.
• Monitor system performance and recommend infrastructure improvements and technology upgrades.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, security trends, and industry best practices.

We are seeking an experienced System & Network Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience managing and supporting IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining client networks, servers, cloud environments, and security systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide exceptional technical support while implementing industry best practices and proactively improving client IT environments.

• Experience administering Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or CompTIA Network+ are highly desirable.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
