Job summary

DOXA Talent, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a skilled Systems Administrator to manage desktop and server environments, troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, and Windows Server, and handle Office 365, Azure AD, and cloud services.

You will work across MSP settings with strong user support and security focus. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in systems administration, certifications like A+/Network+, and experience with Autotask and Datto products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in systems administration or advanced desktop support.
• 3 years in a multi-client MSP environment.
• A+ and/or Network+ required; MD-100/MD-101 preferred.
• Windows 10 and macOS proficiency; Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Azure and/or AWS knowledge a plus; Datto tools a plus.
• SonicWall firewall and Datto networking knowledge a plus.
• Autotask experience is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation.
• Work autonomously as an independent contributor.
• Handle escalated tickets from level 1, including break/fix and config.
• Manage server administration, networking, and security areas.
• Build Hyper‑V hosts and deploy SonicWall and Datto networking gear.
• Provide support on networking and server deployments.
• Guide and mentor level 1 technicians.
• Document and track tickets via the ticketing system.
• Maintain and update the documentation platform.
