Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in system engineering or IT operations.
• Experience managing Windows/Linux servers and internal IT infrastructure.
• Proficient with Active Directory/Entra ID/Azure AD and hybrid identity.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, workstations, and internal IT infrastructure.
• Administer network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and security controls.
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, user access and group policies.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services.
• Maintain Hyper-V environments, VMs, replication, backup, and recovery.
• Support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps activities.
• Handle L1/L2/L3 escalations, incident resolution, RCA, and IT service requests.
• Patch management, endpoint security administration, vulnerability remediation, and compliance support.
• Backup operations, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity support.
• Maintain IT assets, vendor coordination, documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and policy records.

• Administer network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and related security controls.
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, user access, permissions, group policies, and hybrid identity services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services, including users, licenses, mailboxes, and security configurations.
• Maintain Hyper-V environments, virtual machines, replication, backup, and recovery activities.
• Support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment coordination, and DevOps-related activities.
• Handle L1/L2/L3 escalations, incident resolution, RCA, and IT service requests.
• Perform patch management, endpoint security administration, vulnerability remediation, and compliance support.
