Job summary

Adventus PH is seeking a capable IT support professional to provide on-site and remote technical assistance for end-users across client environments. You’ll deploy, maintain and upgrade computer systems including hardware, software, OS, and network components, while ensuring reliable service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows OS, AD, Office 365, and Intune, plus strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS, AD, Office 365.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from an SI environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Good coordination and communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent customer management skills.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and/or remote technical assistance to end-users, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems.
• Deploy, maintain, upgrade, and support client computer systems (hardware, software, OS, network, etc.).
• Configure and administer Windows OS, AD, Office 365, Intune, and manage patching & file servers.
• Maintain high user satisfaction with excellent customer service, offering solutions to meet clients’ needs.
• Manage IT assets and perform other adhoc duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of ITSM or ITIL is an added advantage.
