Job summary

CNX in Makati City is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Customer Success to cultivate relationships across the customer lifecycle and drive satisfaction, engagement, and renewals.

You will develop product knowledge to support customer questions, present SaaS solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals and forecast revenue. The role targets growth in the Philippines and regional markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Fluency in Tagalog and English to serve customers in the Philippines market.
• Experience with recruiting, recruitment media and HR software.
• Experience with SaaS opportunities.
• Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions.
• Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions.
• Negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.
• Ability to close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment.
• Use data to inform decision-making and persuade others.
• Manage multiple prospect situations while positioning products against competitors.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers and target industries.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and propose SaaS solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with senior executives.
• Manage a sales pipeline and track opportunities in CRM.
• Forecast revenue and provide updates to sales management.
• Collaborate with SDRs, managers, and cross-functional teams to accelerate deals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Ensure post-sale CRM updates to support other teams.
