Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years in customer service/shared services handling emails and calls.
• Preferably with international call-handling experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and flexibility to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as main frontliner of customer support across phone, email, and chat.
• Review ads posted by customers to ensure quality and suggest improvements.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions; coordinate with tech teams to resolve issues.
• Share feature requests with product teams and communicate effective workarounds.
• Assist in training junior team members.
