Job summary

SEEK is seeking a Shared Services Senior Specialist to resolve customer queries, guide product users, and promote loyalty across SEEK Asia countries. You’ll handle emails and calls, review user ads for quality, and collaborate with technical teams to fix issues. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a customer service / shared services role handling emails and calls.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Act as main frontline of customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Review ads posted by customers and advise on promotion of suitable applications.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions and collaborate with tech teams to resolve them.
• Capture feature requests and share workarounds with team for process improvements.
• Assist in training junior team members.
• Maintain high-quality customer satisfaction and loyalty across SEEK Asia countries.
