The role emphasizes hands-on development, Now Assist GenAI, AI Agents, and integrated workflows, with opportunities to contribute accelerators and reusable CRM frameworks across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience with CRM/CSM workflows and AI-powered capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow CRM/CSM solutions across modules and custom apps.
• Develop and enhance CSM workflows including Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge Management, and self-service portals.
• Implement Now Assist GenAI Skills, AI Agents, and GenAI workflows for smart customer experiences.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external systems.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and release management.
