Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow CRM/CSM solutions.
• Develop CSM workflows including Case Management and Omnichannel engagement.
• Implement intelligent customer workflows using Now Assist GenAI and AI agents.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, and governance.
