You will design, configure, and develop advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on AI-driven automation, digital workflows, and enterprise service management initiatives. You will bring 7+ years of hands-on experience, expertise in Glide APIs, AI capabilities, and multiple ServiceNow modules.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant ServiceNow platform development experience.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform across enterprise modules and custom apps.
• Implement intelligent workflows using Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search, and predictive intelligence.
• Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, catalogs, and integrations.
• Build AI-powered automation and conversational workflow solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure coding standards.
• Support platform upgrades, release management, and governance.
