Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. in Manila seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and test catalog items, automations, and integrations.

You will collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions with ITIL-aligned practices. The role focuses on Now Assist AI features, AI-enabled workflows, and end-to-end service delivery across ITSM modules.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years professional work experience.
• At least 3 years experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficient in JavaScript for ITSM modules.
• Experience with server-side and client-side scripting on ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Now Assist AI capabilities is a strong plus.
• Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Willing to work night shift.
• ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with CMDB/Discovery/Service Mapping is a plus.
• Certifications in CSA/CIS/ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, architecture, maintenance, and enhancement of Catalog items.
• Configure Now Assist AI across ServiceNow modules.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, including AI-enabled workflows.
• Communicate with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Develop technical design documents.
• Create test plans and coordinate testing activities; perform regression testing.
• Translate technical complexities for project stakeholders.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.
• Manage development efforts using JavaScript on ServiceNow.
• Participate in configuration and customizations based on customer needs.
• Participate in agile work intake and delivery processes.
