ATOS Information Technology Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD/GBS Technical Consultant to design, configure, implement, integrate, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions that elevate employee services and shared-service operations.

You will deliver AI-powered solutions, intelligent workflows, and reusable accelerators, shape our ServiceNow portfolio, and contribute to digital transformation across HR and global business services.

Qualifications

• Certified HRSD implementation specialist certifications.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD in complex enterprise environments.
• CAD certification and CTA preferred.
• Eight+ years HR tech or shared-services experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery from requirements to deployment and support.
• Configure and implement HRSD modules and related HR services workflows.
• Design HR journeys including onboarding, transfers, leaves, and offboarding.
• Create dashboards, reports, and executive views for HR/GBS leadership.
• Collaborate with architects and senior stakeholders in workshops.
