Job summary

Atos is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and develop advanced ServiceNow solutions with a focus on AI-driven automation and intelligent workflows. You will work with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure implementations leveraging Now Assist, GenAI workflows, and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

7+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in enterprise or consulting environments.
Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, and Custom Applications.
Exposure to Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents / Agentic Workflows, AI Search Predictive Intelligence.
Familiarity with CI/CD, update sets, and DevOps best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across modules and custom apps.
Implement intelligent workflows using Now Assist and GenAI capabilities.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
Ensure security, quality, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Support upgrades, testing, and release management.
