Job summary

Atos in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Platform Engineer to design, build, integrate, secure, and optimize the AI-enabled ServiceNow platform. This global role involves working with architects, product leaders, and engineering teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities and automation across regions.

You will manage platform configuration, integrations via Integration Hub and Workflow Studio, and secure authentication using OAuth 2.0 and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Current ServiceNow Certified Administrator or equivalent hands-on ServiceNow platform engineering experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Workflow Data Fabric, Integration Hub, REST and SOAP integrations, and secure authentication patterns.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure, enhance, and support ServiceNow platform capabilities across development, test, and production environments.
• Build reusable platform services using scoped applications, App Engine, Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, and platform APIs.
• Apply ServiceNow development standards, JavaScript, Glide APIs, and upgrade-safe design practices.
• Provide detailed technical design input to Architects and stakeholders, including estimates and dependencies.
