Job summary

ATOS Information Technology Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer – AI & Intelligent Workflow Automation in the Philippines.

You will design, configure, and develop advanced ServiceNow solutions focusing on AI-driven automation, digital workflows, and enterprise service management initiatives. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions leveraging Now Assist, GenAI, AI Agents, and external integrations.

Qualifications

7+ years of ServiceNow development experience across enterprise modules.
Hand-on experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
Certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS data foundation/CSDM recommended.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across modules and custom apps.
Implement intelligent workflows using Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, and AI Search.
Develop and maintain scoped apps using ServiceNow Studio.
Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Build AI-powered automation and conversational workflow solutions.
Translate requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with development best practices and security guidelines.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
Support platform upgrades and release management.
