Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and test catalog items and custom applications, and to integrate AI capabilities across ServiceNow modules.

You will collaborate with BAs and SMEs, document designs, support upgrades, and work in an agile environment; 5–8 years experience and at least 3 years in ServiceNow development are required; willingness to work night shift may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years professional work experience.
• At least 3 years experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficient in JavaScript-based design and implementation for ITSM modules.
• Experience with Now Assist AI or generative AI capabilities is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, architecture, maintenance, and enhancement of Catalog items.
• Configure, customize, and support Now Assist AI capabilities across ServiceNow modules.
• Create and maintain the current state of the ServiceNow platform architecture documentation.
• Communicate with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and configure needs on the ServiceNow platform per ITIL best practices.
• Develop technical design documents.
• Create test plans and coordinate testing activities; identify and track defects.
• Perform regression testing of resolved defects.
• Translate technical concepts for project stakeholders and explain design decisions.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.
• Participate in development for ServiceNow modules using JavaScript and support for new releases.
• Contribute to agile-based intake and delivery processes.
