Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficient in JavaScript, ITSM modules, and ServiceNow customization.
• Experience with Now Assist AI or other AI capabilities is a plus.
• Willing to work night shifts and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, architecture, and maintenance of Catalog items.
• Configure Now Assist AI capabilities across ServiceNow modules.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation including AI-enabled workflows.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and map to the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop technical design documents and regression tests.
• Support upgrades planning and project deliveries in iterative sprints.
